Servpro West Coast DRT, National fire and flood remediation company looking to add Lead Technicians to our team!

The Lead Technician is responsible for leading each phase of the mitigation and/or environmental project from the initial stage to completion. The individual must be available for emergency response work and work after hours and on weekends as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Assist production processes following company guidelines.
• Assist PM and technicians providing supervision based on job duties.
• Ensure clear communication between field and office discussing project schedules, changes in scope of work, material, and labor.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Position Requirements

• Positive attitude
• Availability to work after hours and travel
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Overtime will be expected from time to time. Flexible availability is strongly preferred.

Must have a valid Driver License and a clean record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
